About High10, an Australian agency that writes the number down first

High10 designs and builds digital products for Australian businesses. Websites, online stores, custom software, AI and automation, delivered by one team rather than five subcontractors.

In short

High10 is an Australian digital agency delivering web, eCommerce, custom software, AI and automation projects for businesses across Australia. Every project is quoted in writing at a fixed price before work starts, and clients own the code, the hosting and every account outright.

In practice

What we do differently, concretely

Plenty of agencies say they are transparent. Here is what that means in practice for us, stated as things you can hold us to rather than adjectives.

  1. 01A fixed written quote before any work begins, with the assumptions listed so you can see what would change it.
  2. 02You own the repository, the hosting account, the domain and every third party login from day one, not at handover.
  3. 03No lock-in contracts for support. If you stop, you take everything with you and we document it properly.
  4. 04WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and a Core Web Vitals budget on every build, not as an upsell.
  5. 05Australian build, Australian hosting by default, and we tell you in the quote if any part of the stack sits offshore.
  6. 06A reply to every enquiry within one business day, including the ones we end up declining.

Who are we a bad fit for?

We would rather lose the enquiry than take a project that will end badly. We are the wrong choice if you need the cheapest possible build, because we do not compete on price and there are template shops that will genuinely serve you better. We are also wrong if you want someone to execute a fixed specification without questioning it, since a good part of our value is arguing about the brief before anyone writes code.

And we are wrong if you need work to start next week. Good projects have a discovery step, and skipping it is how you end up paying twice.

Why are there no case studies on this site?

Because we will not publish work we cannot evidence, and we will not invent numbers. Most agency case studies are unfalsifiable: a traffic graph with no baseline, a percentage with no denominator, a testimonial that reads like it was written by the agency. Australian Consumer Law treats misleading performance claims seriously, and beyond the legal point, they are simply not useful to you as a buyer.

What we offer instead is the thing a case study is a proxy for. Talk to us for 45 minutes, describe your actual problem, and judge whether the answers are specific. If they are vague, do not hire us.

How we are structured

One delivery team covering strategy, design, engineering, data and growth. That matters less as a headcount fact and more as a practical one: when your website, your CRM and your marketing automation are built by the same people, the integrations exist rather than being someone else's problem.

We work across ten practice areas and twenty one industries. If your project sits outside them, we will say so and, where we can, point you at someone who does it properly.

Questions buyers usually ask

Frequently asked questions

Working with us

How big is the team?

Small enough that you speak to the people building the thing, rather than an account manager relaying messages. We scale a project team up for larger builds using people we have worked with before, and we tell you in the quote who is doing what.

Can you sign an NDA and complete a vendor security questionnaire?

Yes to both. We are used to procurement processes and can supply documentation on our development process, data handling and hosting arrangements. Australian data residency by default makes most of those questionnaires considerably shorter.

Detail and edge cases

Where is High10 based?

We are an Australian business serving clients nationally. Work is delivered remotely with video meetings, shared environments and staged reviews, and we host in Australian data centre regions by default. Being remote first means we can work with businesses in Perth and regional Queensland on the same terms as ones in Sydney.

Do you take on small projects?

Yes, if the outcome is worth the work. A well scoped single page or a two week automation build is a perfectly good engagement. What we avoid is open-ended retainers with no defined outcome, because those tend to end with both sides unhappy.

Judge us on a conversation

Forty five minutes, no cost, no obligation, no slide deck. Describe the problem and see whether the answers are specific enough to be worth paying for.
