Contact High10 and tell us what you are trying to fix
Not the solution you have in mind. The problem underneath it. That is a faster conversation and it usually produces a better answer.
What happens after you send this?
No drip sequence, no sales cadence, no calendar link that goes nowhere.
- We read it properly and reply within one business day, including if the answer is that we are not the right fit.
- If it looks like a fit, we book a 45 minute call. No cost and no obligation.
- On the call we work out what you are actually solving, what it would take, and whether it is worth doing at all.
- If you want to proceed, you get a written fixed quote with scope, assumptions and timeline before any work starts.
What should you include for a useful first reply?
You do not need a formal brief. Three or four sentences on any of these gets you a much more specific answer than a general enquiry does.
- What is broken, slow or manual right now, and roughly what it costs you.
- Any deadline that is real, such as a trade show, a funding milestone or a contract renewal.
- What you are already running: the platform, the CRM, the accounting system.
- Whether you have a budget range in mind, even a rough one. It changes what we recommend.
Send us a brief
Four fields are enough. The more you tell us, the more specific the first reply.

How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, every time. We reply to enquiries we are going to decline as well, because a fast no is more useful to you than silence. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm AEST.
Will I be put onto a sales person?
No. The first call is with someone who builds and scopes the work, so the answers are technical rather than aspirational. If we cannot answer a question on the call we will say so and come back with a real answer rather than improvising.
Do you charge for the first call?
No. The 45 minute call is free and you are not obliged to do anything afterwards. If the conversation reveals that you need something more substantial than a call, such as a technical audit of an existing system, that is a paid piece of work and we will quote it before starting.
What if I do not know what I need yet?
That is a completely normal starting point and one of the options in the form above. Describe the symptom rather than the cure. Working out whether the answer is a website, a system, an automation or none of those is part of what the call is for.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?
Yes, right across Australia. Meetings run over video, environments are shared, and we host in Australian regions. Time zones are the only practical difference, and we schedule around Perth and Darwin when that is where you are.
